What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, resource plans, and detailed schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, managing workloads and monitoring performance via tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budgets, including forecasting and reporting on variances for enterprise-level projects ($1M+).
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders through regular briefings.
• Mentor junior project managers and conduct post-project reviews to standardize best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colorado, USA.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in project management within IT, Finance, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and software like Smartsheet or Jira.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and AI agent frameworks (e.g., Manus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 10–25% to client sites.
