Project Manager (HCM)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Talent Acquisition tech stack deployment (Phenom, Paradox).
• Drive project planning, design, and execution, including risk logs and cutover plans.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units.
• Manage project budgets, track CapEx/OpEx allocations, and handle Project Change Requests.
• Coordinate resources and maintain project schedules using SharePoint and JIRA.
• Oversee data migration planning and manage external implementation partners to ensure SOW compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with HCM systems or ERP implementations.
• Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms.
• Proficiency with Workday, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
• Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Phenom, or Paradox.
• Previous product management experience.
