What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration and IT modernization projects for GCC and GCC High environments.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedules while ensuring alignment with federal security standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize resource allocation and task management.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security frameworks, including NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
• Oversee the implementation of cloud migration tools (e.g., AvePoint Fly) and deployment of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Lead project documentation, governance, and change management plans.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation.
• Must have held or currently hold a security clearance (current, interim, or previous eligibility).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or IT modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft GCC and GCC High migrations, including security controls and licensing.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP).
• Familiarity with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• PMP, CAPM, or ITIL certifications.
