Salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company vision and operational capacity.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and drive pipeline growth within targeted sectors like science & technology and healthcare.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, estimating, and technical teams to support effective pursuit planning.
  • Cultivate and expand long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and market presence.
  • Provide strategic leadership to technical principals and seller-doer teams to enhance business development effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive conditions to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive business development, strategy, and preconstruction leadership experience in the AEC industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing robust pipelines.
  • Strong experience with VantagePoint and related CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated servant-leader approach with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
