Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual base salary plus sales incentive plan

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with high-priority pharma, biotech, and diagnostic accounts.
• Lead account planning and identify growth opportunities to meet sales objectives.
• Generate new leads within existing accounts and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Draft business development collateral, including pitch decks and outreach emails.
• Collaborate with Solution Teams and the Chief Growth Officer on sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and represent the firm at professional conferences.

Requirements

• College degree (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, including new business development and account management.
• Professional background in market access, reimbursement, and/or healthcare policy.
• Experience selling consulting or professional services.
• Ability to use sales analytics and marketing data for account planning.
• Knowledge of life sciences, diagnostics, and the health policy ecosystem.
