What you will do

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships with Enterprise clients in the US Energy sector to expand revenue and strengthen partnerships.
  • Create and execute data-driven account plans using Salesforce and Power BI to improve client retention and acceleration.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and marketing teams to align client needs with corporate capabilities.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Monitor account health and delivery outcomes against agreed KPIs and customer success metrics.
  • Position the company as a trusted advisor by presenting strategic technology solutions and digital transformation roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful experience in enterprise account management and strategic client expansion.
  • Strong expertise in account strategy development, growth planning, and consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to client and team locations.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CBRM, CSAP, or PMP.
