What you will do
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with Enterprise clients in the US Energy sector to expand revenue and strengthen partnerships.
- Create and execute data-driven account plans using Salesforce and Power BI to improve client retention and acceleration.
- Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and marketing teams to align client needs with corporate capabilities.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Monitor account health and delivery outcomes against agreed KPIs and customer success metrics.
- Position the company as a trusted advisor by presenting strategic technology solutions and digital transformation roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful experience in enterprise account management and strategic client expansion.
- Strong expertise in account strategy development, growth planning, and consultative selling.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to client and team locations.

- Professional certifications such as CBRM, CSAP, or PMP.
