Creative Producer

Creative Producer: Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, guiding prospects through close, scoping projects with a production lens, preparing proposals and leading end-to-end execution with an accent on balancing ambition, feasibility, budget, and timelines. Location: Remote (San Francisco; Los Angeles; New York City)

Salary: $80,000-100,000

What you will do

• Handle lead discovery, understand client goals, timelines, budgets, and needs
• Scope projects balancing ambition with feasibility, prepare proposals and pricing
• Lead projects end-to-end as primary client contact, manage timelines and deliverables
• Partner with Director of Production and creative team on staffing and execution
• Identify risks, efficiencies, manage expectations and changes
• Maintain project records in Airtable and improve internal processes

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in creative production, account management, project management, or client services in agency/production/creative studio
• Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution
• Ability to scope creatively, strategic thinking on production tradeoffs
• Confident client-facing skills, excellent project management for multiple projects
• Strong communication, organization, proactive under pressure
• Comfortable in remote environment, high attention to detail
