Creative Producer

Location: Remote within the United States; locations listed are San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads and guide prospects from inquiry through close.
• Lead discovery conversations to define client goals, timelines, budgets, and creative needs.
• Scope projects, prepare proposals and statements of work, and develop pricing with leadership and creative leads.
• Manage client relationships and lead projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate with the Director of Production and creative team on staffing, priorities, timelines, and execution.
• Identify risks and efficiencies, manage project changes, and improve intake, scoping, and project management processes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in creative production, account management, project management, or client services, ideally at an agency, production company, or creative studio.
• Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution.
• Ability to scope creatively and evaluate tradeoffs across budget, timeline, creative ambition, and execution.
• Confident client-facing communication and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple stakeholders under pressure.
