TL;DR

Manager SDR (SaaS): Lead and manage a team of SDRs for outbound lead generation and top-of-funnel pipeline creation across Commerce business units with an accent on strategy execution, performance management, and team development. Focus on optimizing outreach processes, aligning with sales leaders, and driving SAO targets through data-driven coaching and KPIs.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days/week in Buckhead, GA office, 2 days remote

Salary: $100,000 to $135,000 OTE (base + commission)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach SDR team to exceed SAO, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic initiatives including process improvements, training, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with business unit sales leaders for alignment on lead quality and revenue goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs with necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to boost conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and standardize outreach strategies across units.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR management experience in SaaS sales development
  • Proven track record achieving/exceeding SDR team performance metrics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and cross-department collaboration
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and improvement strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related (preferred)
