Salary: $120,000 base + $120,000 OTC

What you will do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing SMB sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Onboarding, and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and promotional strategies.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and forecasts to present findings to senior management and adjust strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales management and/or team leadership.
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling complex software solutions.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping small businesses improve efficiency.
