Salary: $100,000–$150,000/yr

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive deals strategy to meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in offerwall, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
