What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and KPIs for conversational AI across iOS and Android.
• Lead the end-to-end CX, covering voice/text modalities, conversation UI, and error handling.
• Collaborate with AI platform and backend teams to integrate conversational use cases into the mobile experience.
• Develop an interaction design system for tone of voice, prompt patterns, and fallback behaviors.
• Establish and track success metrics such as task completion, CSAT, and latency via dashboards.
• Ensure trust, safety, and compliance with Responsible AI, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital/software product management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, or LLM-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, retrieval, and evaluation methods.
• Excellent mobile UX intuition and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Mixpanel, Firebase, SQL).
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of PM experience specifically focused on iOS and Android applications.
• Experience shipping production-scale LLM/agent-based products and RAG systems.
• Knowledge of voice and multi-modal interactions (STT/TTS).
• Background in automotive, connected vehicle, or IoT domains.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, HCI, or Business.
