What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered product experiences.
• Design and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety/quality guardrails.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to architect robust AI infrastructure.
• Act as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation rates, customer satisfaction, and system quality.
• Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate, test, and integrate emerging model capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or engineering-adjacent roles.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agent frameworks, APIs, and production-scale system design.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate technical system complexity into clear product strategy and execution plans.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs.
• Demonstrated experience shipping scalable, production-grade products.
