What you will do

• Oversee daily fiat and crypto settlement processes with market makers, liquidity providers, and exchanges.
• Manage wallet rebalancing, custody reconciliation, and liquidity thresholds to ensure operational accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop an organization of operations managers and specialists.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions, including automation tools, to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with trading operations, treasury, risk, engineering, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in crypto operations, specifically in settlement, custody, and money movement within an institutional setting.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams with a track record of growth.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and on-chain transactions.
• Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and associated operational controls.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews and a clear understanding of risk management.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
