Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

Global multi-manager hedge fund leveraging proprietary technology to invest across Quant, Tactical, Fundamental Equity, and Discretionary Macro strategies.

What you will do

  • Facilitate collaborative communication between Investment and Non-Investment teams including accounting, compliance, and technology.
  • Design and lead the onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
  • Manage and communicate PM budgets and oversee data across investment teams.
  • Promote a unified and seamless operational approach for all PMs on the platform.
  • Contribute to the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects for risk, valuation, and execution systems.
  • Prioritize workstreams across various PM teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
  • Proven experience in project management for large, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Knowledge of systematic investing (StatArb, HFT), electronic trading, and global market structure.
  • Understanding of software architecture and front-office trading technology.
  • Experience with Equities and Futures within a multi-manager hedge fund environment.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
