TL;DR
Head of GTM Enablement (SaaS): Architecting and leading an AI-powered Go-To-Market enablement system to transform revenue team operations in SMB and Mid-Market environments with an accent on in-workflow performance support and AI-driven guidance. Focus on driving measurable improvements in pipeline conversion, sales readiness, and GTM strategy operationalization.
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (expected 4 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Design and operationalize a modern enablement ecosystem embedded directly into seller workflows to shift from event-based training to continuous support.
- Establish clear metrics tying enablement efforts to revenue outcomes, specifically focusing on conversion rates, cycle time, and win rates.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to translate GTM strategy into actionable seller guidance, discovery frameworks, and competitive tools.
- Build and scale AI-enabled workflow guidance tools and real-time knowledge systems to help customer-facing teams access accurate information.
- Enable high-velocity product launches by creating scalable strategies that keep pace with bi-weekly product updates.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Enablement, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and AI Enablement stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy.
- Proven success in high-velocity sales environments, specifically SMB and Mid-Market.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Strong experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and sales performance.
- Experience with or strong curiosity for AI-driven tools and enablement systems.
