TL;DR

Location: Remote (UK preferred, or other European countries). Requires approximately 50% travel across EMEA.

What you will do

  • Lead the overall EMEA sales strategy and execution across AI, HPC, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Own quarterly and annual regional revenue targets with a focus on operational rigor and forecasting.
  • Drive aggressive new logo acquisition and expansion strategies across strategic accounts.
  • Build high-impact executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and system integrators.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performance regional sales organization.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to communicate market requirements and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales within datacenter infrastructure, AI, HPC, or networking hardware.
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales organizations.
  • Direct experience selling scale-out interconnect solutions (e.g., InfiniBand, Ethernet, Omni-Path).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel extensively across EMEA.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar infrastructure wins.
