What you will do
- Own and drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.
- Define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies.
- Partner with the team to shape and close strategic enterprise deals.
- Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team with a growth mindset.
- Develop and expand channel partnerships to drive measurable growth.
- Establish strong operating rigor across pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales leadership.
- Experience managing a recurring revenue book larger than $30M/Year.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Experience in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure-driven businesses.
- Expertise with partner-led and channel sales models.
- Ability to lead and operate effectively across distributed teams and markets.
