What you will do

  • Govern GT10 deals from qualification to signature, ensuring rigor in commercial strategy, pricing, and financial modeling.
  • Act as executive sponsor in C-suite engagements for complex multi-tower transactions valued between $100M and $500M+.
  • Drive the adoption of modern commercial practices and a high-performance sales culture built on innovation.
  • Coach and develop deal executives and coaches to enhance complex enterprise sales capabilities.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscalers, alliance partners, and 3rd-party advisors.
  • Lead the rhythm of business, including pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations.
  • Proven track record of closing complex transactions in the $100M–$500M range.
  • Deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud, applications, and consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead global commercial teams.
  • Strong financial and contractual acumen.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Specific sales experience in technical solutions.
