What you will do
- Govern GT10 deals from qualification to signature, ensuring rigor in commercial strategy, pricing, and financial modeling.
- Act as executive sponsor in C-suite engagements for complex multi-tower transactions valued between $100M and $500M+.
- Drive the adoption of modern commercial practices and a high-performance sales culture built on innovation.
- Coach and develop deal executives and coaches to enhance complex enterprise sales capabilities.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscalers, alliance partners, and 3rd-party advisors.
- Lead the rhythm of business, including pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations.
- Proven track record of closing complex transactions in the $100M–$500M range.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud, applications, and consulting.
- Proven ability to lead global commercial teams.
- Strong financial and contractual acumen.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
