TL;DR
Director, Sales Operations (Sales/GTM): Designing and governing systems and processes for the go-to-market engine with an accent on data integrity, forecasting reliability, and CRM governance. Focus on scaling sales enablement, optimizing the revenue funnel, and translating complex data into executive-level insights.
Location: Must be based in Pittsburgh, USA or Montreal, Canada. No relocation offered. Must be a US Person (no sponsorship provided).

What you will do
- Own and optimize go-to-market processes, operating standards, and CRM governance.
- Analyze funnel health, pipeline accuracy, and win/loss data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with IT to drive Salesforce enhancements and automation.
- Lead the global sales enablement function for platform adoption and training.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales on forecasting and planning using Anaplan.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience leading operations teams in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce is required; experience with Anaplan and BI tools (Power BI, SAP Business Objects) preferred.
- Experience using AI to manage large data sets and convert them into business insights.
- Must be a US Person due to ITAR regulations; no visa sponsorship available.
