Location: Hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY (four days in office, one day remote)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

What you will do
- Support reporting on key recruiting metrics including pipeline health, scheduling efficiency, and process timelines.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across ATS and other recruiting systems.
- Partner with People Ops to scale recruiting tools, workflows, and automation, including AI solutions.
- Own and optimize end-to-end interview scheduling operations and candidate logistics.
- Develop and maintain recruiting operations documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
- Manage requisition setup and job posting processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields.
- Experience supporting or improving operational processes, workflows, or systems.
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple workflows.
- Must be based in the Brooklyn, NY area for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, ADP, and Google Suite.
- Experience with scheduling tools or automation platforms such as GoodTime.
- Background in recruiting analytics, reporting, or dashboarding.
