Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager (Marketing): Planning and executing marketing and communications strategies to support organizational missions and programs with an accent on brand management and revenue generation. Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel to Staples, MN 2-3 times per year for meetings and team activities.
Salary: $86,560 - $108,200 (Brand Manager) / $114,320 - $142,900 (Senior Brand Manager)

What you will do
- Manage brands and coordinate support activities using brand tracking and performance analysis.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the overall business plan.
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to distinguish product and program offerings.
- Lead stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and fostering collaborative internal and external networks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to deliver advertising, promotion, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage budgets and project plans within the organization's project management framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or communications (or equivalent professional experience).
- Based in the United States to comply with telecommuting policies and travel requirements.
- For Brand Manager: 3+ years of industry experience, including brand management and strategic planning.
- For Senior Brand Manager: 6+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years specifically in brand management and strategic planning.
- Proven experience developing and implementing organizational communication and public relations strategies.
