Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic deliverables from research and synthesis through to final presentation.
• Develop omnichannel shopper marketing strategies that connect brand strategy to the shopper journey across retail, digital, and physical touchpoints.
• Create high-quality PPT deliverables, providing clear points of view and sharp recommendations.
• Utilize AI fluently to synthesize inputs, pressure-test thinking, and generate ideas to elevate delivery pace.
• Conduct competitive, customer, industry, and category analysis to set the context for new engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, data, creative, and media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy within an agency or consultancy.
• Demonstrated omnichannel shopper marketing experience with a track record of commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and present professional PPT deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools in day-to-day strategy work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify/I-9 compliant).
