TL;DR

Location: Remote or Hybrid (New York, NY), must be based in the US

Salary: $170,000 - $215,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy across key accounts, owning direction and overall impact.
  • Define brand, go-to-market, and creative strategy, including positioning and messaging architecture.
  • Facilitate client workshops, strategic discussions, and presentations.
  • Translate research, audience needs, and business objectives into actionable plans and briefs.
  • Ensure creative execution remains aligned with the overarching brand strategy.
  • Manage and mentor junior strategists, providing clear direction and feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or strategic planning.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategy across complex accounts.
  • Expertise in developing positioning, messaging architecture, and GTM strategies.
  • Strong storytelling and facilitation skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Work authorization for the US is required.
