What you will do
- Build and own the customer story pipeline, managing a continuous stream of case studies, testimonials, and videos.
- Integrate customer perspectives into key brand moments including trade shows, user groups, webinars, and executive forums.
- Collaborate with analyst relations and integrated marketing to deploy customer proof in sales decks, websites, and campaign assets.
- Identify segments and solution areas lacking strong customer validation and deliberately close those gaps.
- Nurture relationships with enterprise customers from end-users to executive leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with significant experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or storytelling.
- Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise customers and managing advocacy programs.
- Strong written communication skills combined with AI aptitude.
- Experience coordinating customer participation in high-level events or executive programs.
- Ability to work with data and conduct deep-dive customer interviews.
- Candidate must be based in the USA.
