TL;DR
Partner Manager (VC/PE): Building and managing partnerships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to drive pipeline growth through investor ecosystems with an accent on relationship management and portfolio outreach. Focus on securing warm introductions to portfolio companies and operationalizing the partner playbook to increase sales conversions.
Location: On-site in San Francisco
Compensation: $200K – $300K OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with VC and Private Equity firms.
- Drive warm introductions to portfolio companies to create a measurable sales pipeline.
- Execute portfolio outreach programs and partner-led marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate founder sessions, events, and partner enablement activities.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline and activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert referred opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of relationship management and execution in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience engaging with investors, founders, and operators.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Existing network within the investor ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B SaaS partnerships or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
