Product Manager, Stablecoin & Digital Assets (Web3): Defining and owning the stablecoin and digital asset strategy to transform cross-border payments and treasury management for global businesses with an accent on blockchain infrastructure and fiat rail interoperability. Focus on building institutional-grade on/off-ramp flows, navigating global crypto regulations, and integrating stablecoins into existing financial workflows.

Location: Based out of Mexico City, Mexico; full-time remote position with a flexible option to work from the office in Roma Norte.

What you will do

• Own the stablecoin product roadmap, determining which rails to build on and which stablecoins to support.
• Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages.
• Develop products enabling businesses to send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat (USD, EUR, BRL, MXN).
• Design seamless on/off-ramp flows integrating with fiat rails such as ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by embedding AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring into the product.
• Manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, or blockchain-based fintech.
• Deep expertise in stablecoin issuance, redemption mechanics, reserve models, and on-chain settlement.
• Strong understanding of fiat rails (ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) and their reconciliation processes.
• Literacy in blockchain infrastructure, including EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, and wallet architecture.
• Fluency in regulatory frameworks including AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, and US state-by-state licensing.
• Analytical rigor with proficiency in SQL and building data-driven business cases.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-market products serving LatAm, US, and European customers.
• Existing relationships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulators.
• Background in traditional payments or banking.
• Familiarity with API design and developer platforms.
