What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the identity data platform, covering onboarding, verification, and authentication.
• Design end-to-end identity and authentication flows, including sign-up, account recovery, and multi-factor verification (Passkey/OTC/PIN).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design and maintain scalable data schemas for user identity and PII handling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Fraud, and Compliance teams to drive a cohesive platform strategy.
• Establish and analyze KPIs for verification success, platform adoption, and customer effort reduction.
• Explore and implement AI-forward identity approaches, such as behavioral signals and LLM-aided decisioning.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven expertise in Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM.
• Demonstrated track record owning platform or shared infrastructure products.
• Technical proficiency in API design, data modeling, and database schema structure.
• Strong analytical skills for defining product metrics and driving data-led decision-making.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service.
