What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails.
• Proactively monitor payment rail health and escalate provider issues before they impact users.
• Lead operational response and disaster recovery efforts during system outages.
• Set up post-launch monitoring and surface quality issues to the product team.
• Translate recurring processes into clean SOPs to enable faster incident response.
• Scope cross-functional requests and prepare tickets for engineering implementation.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product ops, analytics, fintech, or related technology roles.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required for user-facing chat experience.
• High proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to read technical design docs and engage in architecture discussions regarding API contracts.
• Bias for action and ability to operate with urgency in a hyper-growth environment.
