What you will do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for stablecoin solutions, translating institutional client needs into scalable capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, compliant stablecoin products, settlement flows, and fiat conversions.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design.
• Incorporate client feedback, market insights, and regulatory developments into product decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in banking, financial products, payments, FX, or capital markets
• Proven ownership of complex, regulated financial products from concept to production
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, institutional payments, FX, treasury workflows, and U.S. clearing systems (ACH, RTP, Fedwire)
• Strong analytical and systems thinking to balance regulatory, technical, and commercial constraints
• Experience with API design, payment rails, SQL/scripting (Python, Node), and technical standards for security and resiliency
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Nice to have

• Experience with banks, PSPs, or clearing networks
• Exposure to blockchain settlement, digital assets, or tokenized money
• Interest in AI-driven product development
• Familiarity with stablecoin regulations in U.S. and international markets
• Partnership with sales teams while maintaining product ownership
