Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of the FinApp product area, including internal financial operations, accounting workflows, and reporting.
• Frame user problems through data and research to shape product vision and OKRs for 6–9 months.
• Build and maintain a transparent, priority-ranked backlog based on evidence, experiments, and business shifts.
• Define business logic and success criteria for features and track progress via milestones and sprints.
• Analyze results using SQL/BI tools to drive iterative product improvements.
• Align Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support around product launches while managing cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, and launch.
• Proficiency in defining success metrics and using data to guide product decisions.
• Solid understanding of Agile product development (Scrum or Kanban).
• English level B2–C1 required.
• Must be based in the European Region.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, payments, banking, or crypto platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain settlement flows and digital asset accounting.
• Experience with treasury, liquidity, or cash management processes.
• Familiarity with ledger consistency in complex financial systems.
• Experience in regulated financial environments requiring high auditability.
