What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define project goals, determine measurements, and monitor performance.
• Build and iterate on dashboards to answer critical business questions, measure health, and improve user adoption.
• Translate broad questions into research plans and craft data narratives for non-technical stakeholders to guide recommendations.
• Create technical implementations and documentation for all analytical work, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Champion and analyze best practice experimentation methodologies to provide actionable product roadmap recommendations.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in data or product analysis, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• 6-8 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Hex, or Tableau.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python for data exploration.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
• Must be based in New York City to work from the headquarters.
