Salary: $178,503 - $215,000 OTE

What you will do
- Define partner route-to-market categories, requirements, and associated benefits.
- Drive development funds programs and financial incentives, including discounts and opportunity registration.
- Architect pipeline acceleration programs such as deal registration, rebates, and performance-based rewards.
- Lead annual strategy, business plan development, and quota/territory planning for partner leaders.
- Establish and track KPIs, synthesize data, and provide strategic recommendations for partner initiatives.
- Manage weekly partner sales forecasting, lead generation, reporting, and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and managing end-to-end partner programs and strategies.
- Deep understanding of SaaS licensing models and various partner selling motions (ISV, MSP, OEM, Resell, Disti).
- Experience with Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, data analysis, and identifying emerging risks/opportunities.
- Experience within a sales or GTM organization, with familiarity with MEDDPICC or MEDDIC methodologies.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with open source projects.
- Experience with AWS partner network processes and AWS Marketplace transactions.
- Proficiency with partner portal technologies (SFDC Partner Community, Impartner, Crossbeam).
- Experience with BI tools like Grafana or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or other subscription management tools.
