What you will do

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools
• Screen and qualify candidates against defined role requirements
• Manage multiple active roles and maintain strong pipeline organization
• Collaborate with Account Managers to clarify briefs and advance processes
• Keep accurate candidate pipelines in ATS like Workable
• Deliver high-quality placements consistently in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in high-volume or agency environments
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search
• Experience with Workable or similar ATS
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines without quality loss
• Comfortable working from structured briefs without client interaction
• Highly organized, self-motivated, strong communication and candidate management skills
