TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Manage the PBHR inbox and ServiceNow queue to resolve employee questions and concerns within established SLAs.
  • Administer employee data changes and HR documentation in Workday to ensure audit readiness and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate leave of absence case management, collaborating with employees, managers, payroll, and third-party administrators.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data flow and timely processing of employee lifecycle issues.
  • Oversee compliance activities, including mandatory training tracking and non-exempt employee timesheet submissions.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc internal data requests and maintain business-as-usual reporting for audit purposes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in Human Resources.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience supporting leave of absence (LOA) administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy.
