What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve the partner program framework, including tiers, benefits, requirements, and rules of engagement.
  • Establish and manage the global operating cadence, including QBR/MBR inputs and partner communications.
  • Optimize partner onboarding and activation by creating repeatable playbooks and readiness milestones.
  • Redesign and automate partner program operations such as intake, approvals, and entitlement requests.
  • Operationalize partner incentives and MDF frameworks in coordination with Marketing and Finance.
  • Develop program success metrics and executive-ready performance narratives regarding adoption and revenue efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner programs, alliances operations, or ecosystem program management in B2B technology.
  • Proven success in scaling and improving existing programs, including governance and operational rigor.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience in matrixed environments.
  • Data-driven approach with experience building KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complexity into clear guidance.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Hoboken, NJ or Sandy, UT, USA.

  • Experience with PRM/CRM tooling and process mapping at scale.
