Senior Partner Program Governance Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Annual base salary: $182,000–$273,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the governance framework and operating model for the Global Partner Program Center of Excellence, including RACIs, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating cadences.
• Own the partner program exception intake, review, documentation, tracking, and trend-analysis process.
• Establish compliance standards, monitor partner compliance, track operational gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and maintain policies covering eligibility, tier transitions, exception rules, enforcement guidelines, and program documentation.
• Define launch-readiness gates, checklists, and governance reviews for program changes before they go live.
• Coordinate with Resale, Managed Service, Distribution, Channel Ops, Finance, Legal, Sales, and program leadership on reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or compliance within a technology company.
• Experience building governance frameworks, compliance processes, or operating models in complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of channel program structures, partner compliance dynamics, and exception management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create clear, consistent, and auditable policies and documentation.
• Ability to influence Legal, Finance, Channel Ops, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders while holding teams accountable to standards.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company where ambiguity and execution discipline are common.
