What you will do

• Lead internal teams and provide direct management and mentoring for junior team members.
• Concept, research, and pitch "money can't buy" hospitality event ideas to high-profile clients.
• Develop and manage detailed timelines, run of shows, and budgets for multiple simultaneous events.
• Liaise with external vendors for A/V, transportation, catering, and gifting services.
• Negotiate talent deals and support the contracting process, including drafting deal memos.
• Act as a host at events, engaging professionally with guests and clients to ensure a memorable experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in event planning or corporate hospitality.
• Proven experience in mentoring and training team members.
• Ability to travel monthly to US markets and bi-annually to international destinations.
• Must be based in New York for hybrid office attendance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong financial acumen for managing large budgets.
