What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned first-party and third-party events.
• Define event scope, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and deliverables from cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Establish and communicate clear goals, objectives, and results to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends to advance events strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in event marketing, event operations, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing large- and small-scale events, including registration, management systems, operations, and vendor management
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, project management, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver best-in-class guest experiences
• Flexible schedule with ~15% travel; ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
