What you will do

  • Lead client management: handle proposals, agendas, calls with clients and experts, status reports, and project briefs.
  • Manage projects: direct support teams, utilize tools for planning, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership: mentor junior staff, conduct reviews, set goals, and foster team collaboration.
  • Drive business development: identify market opportunities and organic growth within accounts.
  • Handle finance: develop proposals/budgets, monitor costs, and provide updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with PhRMA, FDA, OIG, ACCME guidelines and maintain quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
  • Daily client-facing experience and medical/legal/regulatory review experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs (currently limited to Chicago suburban area).
