What you will do

• Support day-to-day account operations and internal team coordination.
• Manage client relationships and demonstrate a deep understanding of their business and brand challenges.
• Handle account administration, including meeting scheduling, asset chasing, and client communications.
• Moderate meetings and provide comprehensive recaps and next steps via Basecamp.
• Maintain performance tracking and media databases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Insights, and Community Management teams.

Requirements

• Must reside in New York (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office required).
• Proven experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Background in a large agency working with complex organizations or clients.
• Experience in account or project management.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for client-facing communication.

• Experience with clients in tech, electronics, telecom, or related sectors.
