TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving business growth and expanding the customer base through proactive outbound outreach and lead qualification with an accent on high-volume prospecting and CRM management. Focus on identifying target accounts, nurturing leads, and generating qualified opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Required office presence Tuesday–Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM)

What you will do
- Prospect and research potential leads and target accounts to drive business growth.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce products and services.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.
- Manage and update Salesforce CRM with accurate information.
- Collaborate with sales teams to effectively hand off qualified opportunities.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including daily targets for calls and emails.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office (Hybrid).
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the internet works.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft/Outreach.io.
- Ability to travel within and outside the United States and Canada as required.
- Strong communication skills and resilience in handling objections.
