TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving business growth and expanding the customer base through proactive outbound outreach and lead qualification with an accent on high-volume prospecting and CRM management. Focus on identifying target accounts, nurturing leads, and generating qualified opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Required office presence Tuesday–Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM)

What you will do

  • Prospect and research potential leads and target accounts to drive business growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce hirify.global products and services.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.
  • Manage and update Salesforce CRM with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to effectively hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including daily targets for calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office (Hybrid).
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the internet works.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft/Outreach.io.
  • Ability to travel within and outside the United States and Canada as required.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in handling objections.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Public Sector, Federal, or SLED segments.
