What you will do

• Maintain the Down Car List and communicate status updates to dispatch.
• Coordinate field employee vacation requests and manage operational tracking systems.
• Provide systems support for mechanics, including device troubleshooting and tool ordering.
• Assist the Repair Manager with scheduling, customer communications, and permit applications.
• Generate operational reports using Oracle and manage branch PCard records.
• Process service contract changes and maintain detailed branch mechanic files.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tacoma, WA.
• Basic experience in business administration (3-6 months).
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with elevator repair administration.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases.
