Operations Coordinator

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Davenport and work onsite

Salary: $20–$22/hr (approx. $3,200–$3,520/month for 32 hours/week)

What you will do

• Manage daily office operations including answering phones, greeting members, and handling mail.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings between clients and Financial Advisors.
• Maintain and update client contact management systems and regulatory files.
• Oversee office supply inventory and track practice expenses.
• Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and support special projects.
• Assist with client account setup and follow-up procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in the Davenport office
• Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance licensure within 60 days
• Commitment to completing FINRA SIE, 7, and 66 licensures
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
