What you will do

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and visitor management via KISI.
  • Coordinate onsite events, lunches, and team celebrations to support company culture.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, and maintenance to ensure service quality.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including procurement, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Maintain office inventory, seating charts, and assist with new-hire setup logistics.
  • Prepare meeting spaces and materials for interviews and company visitors.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or hospitality.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite daily in Raleigh, NC.
  • Proficiency with modern workplace tools: Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.

Nice to have

  • Experience with office access control systems like KISI.
  • Previous experience in event coordination or vendor management.
