Location: Remote (EMEA)
Salary: $65,000 base + $32,095 variable ($97,095 OTE)

What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts to build robust prospect lists.
- Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on business fit, timing, and readiness for sales discussions.
- Schedule high-quality meetings between decision-makers and Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate prospect interactions and pipeline status within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound outreach.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication skills and resilience when dealing with rejection.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or tech.
- Business proficiency in French.
- Familiarity with professional sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.
