What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects, including cloud migrations, M365 implementations, and network deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and expectation management.
• Partner with engineering teams to plan, schedule, and execute work across multiple active engagements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while balancing scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources across Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams.
• Identify risks and blockers early to proactively drive resolution or escalation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of project management experience within IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technology projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
