What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including work plans, budgets, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Align firm capabilities to meet client business objectives and achieve high user adoption.
• Manage complex relationships between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project setup, handoff, and transition activities between implementation and support phases.
• Drive accountability by tracking task progress, reinforcing due dates, and escalating delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers on billing, utilization, and scope concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or private industry.
• ERP implementation experience, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience managing teams of business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (as indicated by US-specific benefits).
