Location: Remote (US only; not eligible for hire in AK, CA, CO, HI, NY, or WA)
Salary: $85,000 – $92,000 annually

What you will do
- Research, build, and optimize auto-decisioning strategies for new client implementations.
- Develop analytical and reporting solutions using various types of healthcare data.
- Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare costs, operational performance, and clinical outcomes using claims and authorization data.
- Track industry trends to provide stakeholders with insights on optimizing clinical value.
- Create data visualizations and self-service reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IPA team on metric tracking and rule refinement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst role.
- 1+ years of experience building dashboards and BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (SQL, R, or SAS) to derive actionable recommendations from complex healthcare data.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
- Experience with Athena.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, CA, CO, HI, NY, WA).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
