Healthcare Analyst II (Healthcare)

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 5% travel. Not eligible for hire in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, or Washington.

Salary: $85,000–$92,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Research, build, execute, and optimize auto-decisioning strategies for new client implementations.
• Build and maintain analytical, reporting, dashboard, and self-service solutions using healthcare data.
• Analyze healthcare costs, operational performance, clinical outcomes, claims, and authorization data.
• Identify opportunities to improve auto-decisioning performance and increase value for clients, patients, providers, and payers.
• Track cost, utilization, and industry trends and prepare reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IPA team on rule refinement, KPI definition, and metric tracking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an analyst role.
• At least 1 year of experience building or maintaining dashboards and self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as SQL, R, or SAS.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare data and understanding healthcare systems, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Experience with Athena and with defining client- and program-specific KPIs.
• Strong communication, project management, independent working, and ethical decision-making skills in healthcare data management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
