Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Travel: 5–15%.

Anticipated base salary: $94,300–$117,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data models, reports, and AI agents.
• Build and maintain semantic and dimensional data models in Microsoft Fabric for governed reporting and self-service analytics.
• Design, build, version, and test AI agents and assistants, including their tools, skills, instructions, access, and controls.
• Deliver reporting, BI solutions, advanced analytics, and agent-driven workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.
• Use LLMs and AI-assisted development for requirements, model and report generation, testing, and documentation.
• Apply data classification, privacy, access control, quality, security, and hirify.globalponsible AI standards while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience delivering data models, reporting, and analytical products, including 5 years working with business stakeholders.
• Experience building an LLM agent used by a company within the last 18 months and at least 2 years using AI tools for data and analytics delivery.
• Strong data modeling, SQL, and Python skills, with experience delivering reporting and analytics using data and AI/ML tools.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, or equivalent automation tooling.
• Ability to work across finance, operations, commercial, engineering, and other business domains; background checks and a drug test are required.

Nice to have

• Data science or machine learning exposure.
• Construction reporting or analytics experience and knowledge of US compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI across the path from raw data to governed reporting and consumption.
