Senior Clinical and Population Health Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design, execute, disseminate, and interpret clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports.
• Analyze clinical, member, financial, administrative, claims, enrollment, and provider data to identify actionable opportunities.
• Develop recommendations that improve healthcare outcomes, clinical quality, and cost efficiency.
• Build collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide strategic consulting, technical expertise, subject matter guidance, and mentorship across the organization.
• Lead complex projects and matrixed teams through successful completion.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, economics, health sciences, informatics, biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading clinical and population health reporting, analyses, and studies.
• At least 5 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, systems, and tools using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data.
• At least 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment and analytical consultation with clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, advanced analytics, statistics, healthcare processes, and healthcare industry trends.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in medicine, public health, nursing, economics, health sciences, informatics, biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Healthcare or insurance analytics experience.
• Experience with R, SQL, BigQuery, or GCP.
• Experience with R-Shiny, Tableau, or Power BI.
